Noah Chmar has been conducting grading and excavating operations for over twelve years, learning the trade as a heavy equipment operator with Brent Scarbough & Company Inc., where he worked on all aspects of site development for large scale commercial projects in the Atlanta metro area.
Noah formed Peak Land Services LLC (PLS), a licensed and insured unlimited grading and excavating firm, in 2021. PLS has completed a wide range of residential, commercial and government projects in western NC and the surrounding areas.
